Join us atSummit Estate Winesto celebrate the longest night of the year with wine, fire and good company.
The afternoon begins with ahosted 7-course wine pairing long lunch, a relaxed guided tasting experience featuring Summit Estate wines alongside seasonal dishes.
As the sun sets, the estate transforms into awinter fire gatheringwith live music, campfires and a festive atmosphere among the vines.
At sunset, enjoy afire twirling performancefollowed by theburning of the Wickerman, where guests are invited to write a wish for the season ahead and offer it to the fire.

Thefull Winter Solstice celebration, including lunch, evening gathering and return transport from Stanthorpe.
Includes:
• Returnbus transport from Stanthorpe(set pick-up locations)
•7-course hosted wine pairing long lunch
• Hosted tasting with Summit Estate wines
•Grazing box for light dinner
•Two glasses of wineduring the evening gathering
The bus will collect guests from Stanthorpe before the event andreturn to town after the Wickerman burning, so you can relax and enjoy the full Solstice celebration

Guests are welcome to remain on site for the evening celebration.
From5:00 pm, the estate opens to the public withfood truck meals and wine available for purchase.
