Established in 1997, the estate has evolved into one of the region's most distinctive wine destinations, producing Mediterranean and European varietals that thrive in this unique part of Queensland. Summit Estate is also proud to be part of the Granite Belt's Strange Bird Wine Trail, celebrating lesser-known varieties that make the region so distinctive.
