If you’re stopping by without a booking, you’re still very welcome to enjoy a glass or bottle of wine with a pizza or grazing board from Kitchen 925. Tastings may not be available without a booking over the weekend.
For Easter weekend, ourSunset Sessions will be walk-in only.We’ll have tables available, but as we’re expecting a big crowd, you’re very welcome tobring a picnic rug or folding chairsand settle in for the evening.
Sunset Sessions
Join us for relaxed, golden-hour sessions set against the vineyard as the day winds down.
From 4pm, wander in at your own pace. No bookings, no rush. Just good wine, open space, and time to settle in.
Come as you are. Stay until after the sun sets.
Wine Tasting Options
There are two ways to experience Summit Estate wines, depending on how you’d like to spend your time with us.
Most guests enjoy a relaxed self-guided wine flight, while those looking for something more in-depth can book a curated tasting.
Cellar door hours
- Friday to Saturday: 11am to 7pm
- Sunday to Monday: 11am to 3pm
- Thursday: 11am to 3pm (Queensland school holidays only)

Self-Guided Wine Flight
No booking required
Our self-guided flights are the classic Summit Estate tasting experience.
Enjoy four wines at your own pace, with the freedom to explore the styles that interest you most. Choose from Classic, Sweet or Premium.
Tasting options
Standard pours (30ml, four wines)
- Classic or Sweet: $15 per person
- Premium: $18 per person
Larger pours (75ml, four wines)
- Classic or Sweet: $25 per person
- Premium: $30 per person
The base tasting fee ($15 or $18) is redeemable when a guest purchases two or more bottles.
Ideal if you’re visiting casually, short on time, or prefer to taste independently.
Curated Wine Tasting

A guided tasting experience for guests seeking a more indulgent and in-depth introduction to our wines.
What’s included
- Guided tasting of 6–8 selected wines, including premium releases
- Complimentary cheese platter
- $30 per person
Minimum two guests.
The tasting fee is redeemable on the purchase of three or more bottles per guest.
Ideal for those who enjoy personalised guidance, the stories behind the wines, and a more immersive tasting experience.

Group Wine Tastings
For larger groups, we offer staff-guided tastings designed to keep the experience enjoyable, well-paced, and comfortable for everyone.
Group tastings are guided by our team and include a curated selection of wines served in a shared tasting format.
Groups of 7–9 Guests
$15 per person
Redeemable ontwo bottles per guest
This experience includes a guided tasting of four wines, served as 30ml pours.
Tasting fee is redeemable on two bottles per guest
Groups of 11+ Guests
$15 per person
For larger groups, we offer a guided tasting of four wines with 30ml pours. This format allows us to maintain smooth service and consistent timing across the group.
