Handpicked Summit Estate fruit in a drought affected vintage has produced a clear golden straw coloured wine. Aromas of peach with floral hints lead to a tight and energetic palate.
Granite Belt characteristics of stone fruit, lime citrus and minerality are enhanced by the aging of the wine in a fine grained french oak barrel. The 2018 Chardonnay has a savoury persistence and will pair beautifully with seafood or white meat dishes, herbed vegetables or pasta dishes.
